The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has rescinded previous guidance entitled “HHS Notice and Guidance on Gender Affirming Care, Civil Rights, and Patient Privacy,” which was issued on March 2, 2022.
