The Joint Commission (TJC) has announced revisions to the agency’s survey process for deemed home health agencies in their Home Care Accreditation Program, effective immediately.
The changes are to align TJC processes with the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) revisions to Home Health Agencies – Appendix B of the State Operations Manual, which were published on March 15, 2024.
