The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is aware that Blaine Labs, Inc. has issued a voluntary nationwide recall of three lot numbers of Wound Care Gel Products, 1 oz. and 3 oz (0.1% Benzalkonium chloride) due to microbial contamination. The affected products have been found to contain lysinibacillus fusiformis, an environmental organism.
