The National Cyber Incident Response Plan (NCIRP) is a strategic national framework for how federal, private sector, state, local, tribal and territorial government entities address cyber significant cyber incidents.

The  Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is seeking comments on the NCIRP Update. CISA conducted extensive collaboration with public and private organizations and federal agencies to build upon the NCIRP since its initial publication in 2016.
